Football Player of the Week


HITS 99.7 presents the 2014 “Football Player Of The Week” Award. We’re saluting a different high school player each week of the season.  Selections will be made each Monday following the Friday night match-ups and updated here. And each “Football Player Of The Week” will receive a special commemorative plaque to honor their performance on the field at the conclusion of the 2014 season.

This week’s Player Of The Week is Arcola Quarterback CLAYTON STRADER!

• He ran for 178 yards and scored 4 touchdowns, helping The Purple Riders add another victory on their undefeated season, last Friday night!
• Clayton will be the latest to receive a special Player Of The Week award plaque at the end of the season.
• Congrats and good luck to Arcola on the final game of the season this week!
