South Broadway Avenue to be closed for portion of next week

URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) — South Broadway Avenue will be closed from Main Street to Elm Street in Urbana for a portion of next week.

The closure will begin on Monday, March 23 at 6 a.m. and run until Wednesday, April 8 at 5 p.m. while Illinois American Water contractors perform work along the street. Access to all properties will be maintained. A map of the affected area can be viewed below.

MTD stops for Lincoln Square will be moved from the intersection of South Broadway Avenue & Elm Street to South Broadway Avenue & Illinois Street.
