CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — The Siefert Team was recognized for its achievements at the 2025 TREC banquet hosted by Keller Williams Realty, celebrating a year of growth and client service.

Led by broker Hayley Siefert, the team received an award highlighting its production and commitment to serving buyers and sellers throughout the community. Team leaders said the recognition reflects more than sales numbers, pointing instead to the dedication, collaboration and client-focused approach that drives their business.

“This achievement is a reflection of the hard work and heart each member of our team pours into serving our clients every single day,” Siefert said.

In addition to the team honor, Heather Baker was named recipient of the Relentless Hustler Award. Team members praised Baker’s rapid success in less than a year in real estate, citing her work ethic and commitment to clients.

The Siefert Team includes Jennifer, Caden, Heather, Paige, and Gretchen, all of whom were recognized.

Looking ahead to 2026, the team said its mission remains unchanged: to grow with purpose, serve with integrity and continue helping clients reach one of life’s biggest milestones — homeownership.
